Last Saturday we took a day trip to Napa, county has reopened restaurants, wineries, camping, hotels, regional parks in June.
We shopped at Napa Farmers Market, had lunch outdoors at the Oxbow Public Market, took a hike through Skyline Wilderness Park.
Chinese New Year (Lunar New Year) begins this week – celebrations include wishes for good fortune, prosperity, long life and abundance in the coming year. Decorations, food, flowers, performances have special meanings and significance.

Yesterday in Auburn, it was the Community Harvest Festival, a fun for kids local event, with scarecrow and costume weighing contests, pumpkin painting and cookie decorating booths, costume parade, horses to pet, food and live music.

Bodega Bay, a couple hours from San Francisco is a fun family destination for July 4th.
